Can I request a rush or express delivery?

Absolutely. Select the “Rush” option during booking for time-sensitive deliveries that need to be completed as soon as possible.

Do I get proof of delivery?

Yes. Every delivery includes a digital proof of delivery (signature or photo confirmation), available instantly once your order is completed.

Can multiple team members manage deliveries?

Yes, business clients can add multiple users to their account to schedule and manage deliveries collaboratively.

Yes. Stripe automatically emails you a receipt once payment is confirmed. Business clients also receive consolidated invoices.
